Well the two knuckle heads are having birthdays soon. Kyler will be 3 on the 26th and Josh will be 5. We had a good get together on Tuesday with most of the group (missed ya Mark, hope to see ya in July). It's always great to have times together. Thank you Lisa for getting everything together, you did a great job. We are having a birthday party for Kyler this Saturday and after we get on the other side of that we'll get some pics posted of the events.
Happy Birthday Kyler and Josh, we can't believe how much ya'll are growing. Thanks everyone for Tuesday night. See some of ya'll again on Saturday.

Where is it??????
I'm still searching for that lost hour....it's gotta be around here somewhere. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy having daylight when I get home, but I found myself up last night and it was almost midnight, thinking it was almost 11pm. It's taking me a little more time....no pun intended....this time around to get adjusted to this change.
We had a very eventful weekend. Saturday Lisa and Nana put invitations together for Kyler's B-Day Party on the 21st while Paw Paw and I kept the boys as entertained as possible. We've all been sick with some bronchial crud this past week, so Saturday was a "stay in side as much as possible" type day, which was hard to do considering our A/C went out on us Friday. These have been some hot muggy days as of late, and we've been thankful the house faces North, cause we can open the windows up and get some really nice cross winds. Hopefully someone will be out this week to get the issue resolved for us.
Yesterday Paw Paw and Nana came back over and Paw Paw and I re-inforced the tree house in the back with railing to make it a lot safer for the kiddo's to play on. We have a slide for it now too, thanks to our neighbor across the way, which I hope to install prior to Kyler's B-Day part on the 21st.
We are all starting to get well at this point, the boys thankfully had a semi decent night last night, and are starting to eat better. Hopefully it's all on it's way out of our house and we'll all feel good this week.
Everyone have a safe and healthy week.

We Love you Dalton....
As many of you know our friends Mike and Heidi Gibson's baby boy Dalton went on to be with the Lord on Wednesday February 25th, 2009. Dalton was born with a disease called Krabbe Disease, which affects 1 in every 100,000 babies born. Dalton is a very precious baby and will be greatly missed on this earth. Please take time to prary for the Gibson family (Mike, Heidi, and Big Brother Aaron) as they go thru this time of loss and heartache.
We Love Ya'll so much and are so sorry for the pain you are going thru. We know God has made Dalton perfect but it's still hard not to have him here with us. We'll all be together again one day, but as we go forward here on this earth we know there are no words of comfort and no actions that can make this hurt less. Just know you are not alone and we're here to up lift ya'll and be there for ya'll. We Love Ya'll and will continue to pray for God's comfort in your lives.
We Love You Dalton.

Going Green makes you see Red!!!!
I know we are all filled every day with the constant bull of Go Green, save our planet, and all that other crap. Well it appears that in order to save our planet we have to put or families in jeapordy. What I'm talking about are those stupid energy saving light bulbs, you know the ones I'm talking about, the ones made from curly fries that just twist all around. Well as many of you know these contain Mercury. So they say it's not enough to cause any issues if exposed, but I say Mercury is Mercury....if you have kids or will have kids do not put this crap in your house. Good old light bulbs have always given enough light for me, and that's the way I plan on staying. We have them now, but not for long. Getting off my soap box now. Have a safe and happy day.
Music to my ears!
Shaun made me so proud today. I gave them their snacks this morning and Shaun said "Thank you mama."! How great is that!! I didn't even have to ask him he just did it on his own. I just had to share with everyone!!!
