T-Ball
Kyler has started his t-ball practices. He is really excited and so are we. He looks so cute with his glove and bat. I think he does a really good job listening to his coach and trying to work with the other kids. He did however bounced the ball off one of his teammates head but she was OK it didn't hurt her. I'm proud of his dedication to practicing. He practices here at home as well. We will post pictures in a few weeks.

Am I doing enough for you Lord? "NO!"
This is one of those funny stories I'll remember for the rest of my life. Yesterday in church Kyler was bull headed about not going to be with the kids and preferred to stay in service with us, and that's fine and dandy, but he was put under strict guidelines that he had to sit still and listen. Shaun on the other hand, the little turd, decided he wanted to start service off with the little kiddo's, but then quickly decided that he wanted Mommy and Daddy, so he threw a fit and then came back with us, then half way thru service decided he wanted to go back to the nursery again, so off we went, and after I left the room he had a break down again. I sat with him in the foyer for a while, then returned to our pew with strict orders to him that he had to sit still or get beaten to a pulp, well that lasted about 20 minutes, then the worms took over and he got all twitchy and fidgety again so Lisa took him out to the Foyer for the remainder of the service.
Well all this time Kyler was staying quiet, doing the best he could to keep him self entertained, and listening along to the service. Finally after mom and brother left the last time he wanted to sit in my lap. Then we started the closing prayer, and that's when it get's funny.
The church is silent, the pastor starts his prayer, "Lord, I ask myself. Am I doing enough for you?" Well Kyler evidently thought this was a Q&A Session and responded quite loudly, "NO!" I thought the folks behind me were gonna die and go to heaven right there on the spot, they snickered, cried, it was all they could do to keep from busting out loudly in the middle of closing prayer. Well when the final amen was spoken everyone in the church busted out laughing together and quickly word spread on who's little voice had caused such laughter.
No one was offended thankfully, and even the preacher came by and told Kyler how silly he was and that he was glad to know that at least someone in the congregation was listening to what he was saying. :) I felt so embarrassed and apologized over and over but everyone said it was no big deal. Such a crazy experience. If these folks continue to embrace us at their church it's gonna be an absolute miracle with these kiddo's of ours.
